Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Real Funds" refers to PKR deposits made by a player using verified payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or any other approved channel.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required before withdrawals are processed.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using any service provided by ad77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ad77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ad77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein, whether oral or written.

Eligibility

Access to and use of ad77 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which you hold an active ad77 account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. ad77 applies a strict 21+ policy across all services, games, and promotional activities. Documentary proof of age will be required during KYC verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated are prohibited from registering.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ad77 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all ad77 accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Submission of false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ad77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Immediate Notification: You must notify ad77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a compromised password, or any suspicious activity in your account history.
• KYC Verification: ad77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• Account Suspension: ad77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or compliance risk, without prior notice.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ad77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ad77 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following verified channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and approved cash deposit channels.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your ad77 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. ad77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your verified name.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ad77 targets withdrawal processing times of under fifteen minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions during operational hours.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Real funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• No Liability for Bank Processing: Once ad77 has confirmed dispatch of a withdrawal to your nominated payment method, ad77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the receiving bank, mobile wallet operator, or any third-party payment processor.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. ad77 does not support foreign currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

ad77 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are displayed at the point of bonus acceptance.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Modification & Withdrawal: ad77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including removing a bonus from a player's account where there is evidence of misuse, prior to the wagering requirement being met.

Section 07

Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on ad77 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Bet Acceptance: ad77 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or suspicious betting patterns have been identified.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, ad77's records shall constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. Bets made during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided at ad77's discretion, with real money staked returned to the player's account.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets, including PSL and international cricket, are subject to the ad77 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Result determination follows the official results declared by the relevant governing body or sports authority.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction and daily winnings caps may apply. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting section and may be updated periodically. ad77 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits to any game or market.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ad77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be subject to civil or criminal referral:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or the details of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the ad77 platform, including but not limited to the ad77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, software, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ad77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ad77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any content from the ad77 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ad77 software or gaming product.
• Use the ad77 brand, name, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ad77 platform on any other website or digital environment.

Section 10

Privacy & Data

• Losses resulting from events beyond ad77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, regulatory changes, telecommunications failures, or acts of war.

ad77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total real funds deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Amendments to These Terms

ad77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the following:
